SOLUTION:
1.iron rich food ante leafy veggies....daily mee meal lo oka dish undetatlu chusukondi...its very good during pregnancy..not only in pregnancy its good all the time ofcourse.. :)
ika vitamin D food ante naaku telisi undadanukunta...its only from sunlight as far my knowledge..i'm not sure...meeku akkada sunlight chala takkuva anipisthe vere substitute istharu.. asalu sunlight chala takkuva..during those days docs will prescribe some D vit drops for kids...
2.hair smooth ga ravadaniki ala emi foods undavu,it depends heriditary....but maa intlo cheppevaru baaga tender coconut teeskunte juttu vothuga vasthundani...i don't have any scientific reasons and i'm not sure how far its true also... :)but anyways its good to take tender coconut..as it gives u instant energy and it will help to keep more energitic....
3.yep,pregnancy lo manchi pleasant music vinali...this will surely have impact on ur baby.. and u'll get casettes also..u'll get this in any music store..and the best option is listen to vishnu sahasranamam and lalitha sahasranamam...

Milk is a good source of Vitamin D.

Fish is another good source of Vit D. Salmon, mackerel, tuna....

Natural ga aaithe, sun is the best source of Vitamin D....

Iron from Raw source is absorbed fast .. so .... eat all fruits/veggies which r high in IRON..!
If u eat non veg... eat Lamb ...!

Initial ga antey first 2 months nenu multi vitamin kakunda folic acid supplement kuda vadanu. My doc said that the vein carrying the iron intot he baby gets closed after the foetus is 8 weeks old. so tarvata teesukunna baby ki em advantage ledu. My Hb was 13.5 so i didn't continue after 8 weeks.
Nursing chesinanta varaku multi vitamins vesukuntey manchidi antaru.

Ideally 2 times sonogram chestaru and andariki compulsory ga chestaru. First time on ur first visit. and second time during the 19th or 20th week.

ABNORMAL WEIGHT GAIN IN PREGNANCY

.i am currently in 24 weeks pregnancy ..since first trimester i was gaining 3lb weight every month but this time when i went for check up i was shocked to see that i gained 8lb in one month and doctor asked me to comtrol the weight...my diet is same from the starting..i am not understanding why gained suddenly more than double weight..can any one pls tell me how should i control my weight since my diet is normal..2times meal breakfast and some fruits..all ur suggestions will help me a lot..

.22 nd week appudu baaga gain ayya.my doc suggested me to go for a walk and not to sleep immediately after meal.Inkaa I suggest you something this may be contradictory for so many ppl.Dont eat too much.Better to have small quantities of food but you can take more times like 4to5 small meals and 3 snacks per day plus milk and lots of water.
But dont worry okko month alaa peruguthuu vuntaam and ee period Baby parts anni form avuthunthaayi.Try to have nutritious food.Go for Less carbs more protien food to stay healthier.
