BACK PAIN DURING PREGNANCY

back ache annaru.....try to sit straight..obviously ee time lo mana posture change avuthudi..curve vacchesthundi..so u shuld try to sit straight...emyna kinda nunchi teesukovali ante sit first on ur kness straight n thn take the things....kurchunappudu try to keep a avery soft n slim pillow/support ..nadichetappudu u tend to curve urself more to avoid pressure..kani insted of taking support nadumu degagranunchi..try to keep ur hands near buttocks n take support...ila posture correct avuthundi... n naku oka exercise chepparu for back ache.....stretch ur hands upwards n thn try to stretch ur body upwards...smooth ga cheyyandi..shouldrs round ga tippandi..n oka pelvic exercisechepapru... stand straight..n pelvic region ni lift cheyyandi..like manam gaali pilchukuntunnapudu raise cheyaynsi..n keep a hand at the back for ur support..support lekunda cheyyakandi....n try to do kegels exercise..breathing gurinchi kuda jagratta chusukondi.....try to breathe more air hold it thn release it slowly(teesukuntappudu fast ga)
