QUERIES DURING PREGNANCY

Now i am in my 23rd week of my pregnancy....... naku konni doubts vunayi .....

1. Koncham naku iron and vitamin D rich food chepthara....ante mana india food lo avi ee veggies or non veg lo ekuva vuntayi.....

2. Baby ki manchi hair and smooth skin ravali ante emana thinala........ leda adi inka heriditary ee na...

3. Pregnancy appudu manchi music vinali ani cheparu.... ante etuvanti music aina parleda...leda pregnancy appudu kosam emana seperate ga vuntaya...vunte can i have the link..please....

SOLUTION:
1.iron rich food ante leafy veggies....daily mee meal lo oka dish undetatlu chusukondi...its very good during pregnancy..not only in pregnancy its good all the time ofcourse.. :)
ika vitamin D food ante naaku telisi undadanukunta...its only from sunlight as far my knowledge..i'm not sure...meeku akkada sunlight chala takkuva anipisthe vere substitute istharu.. asalu sunlight chala takkuva..during those days docs will prescribe some D vit drops for kids...
2.hair smooth ga ravadaniki ala emi foods undavu,it depends heriditary....but maa intlo cheppevaru baaga tender coconut teeskunte juttu vothuga vasthundani...i don't have any scientific reasons and i'm not sure how far its true also... :)but anyways its good to take tender coconut..as it gives u instant energy and it will help to keep more energitic....
3.yep,pregnancy lo manchi pleasant music vinali...this will surely have impact on ur baby.. and u'll get casettes also..u'll get this in any music store..and the best option is listen to vishnu sahasranamam and lalitha sahasranamam...

Milk is a good source of Vitamin D.

Fish is another good source of Vit D. Salmon, mackerel, tuna....

Natural ga aaithe, sun is the best source of Vitamin D....

Iron from Raw source is absorbed fast .. so .... eat all fruits/veggies which r high in IRON..!
If u eat non veg... eat Lamb ...!

Initial ga antey first 2 months nenu multi vitamin kakunda folic acid supplement kuda vadanu. My doc said that the vein carrying the iron intot he baby gets closed after the foetus is 8 weeks old. so tarvata teesukunna baby ki em advantage ledu. My Hb was 13.5 so i didn't continue after 8 weeks.
Nursing chesinanta varaku multi vitamins vesukuntey manchidi antaru.

Ideally 2 times sonogram chestaru and andariki compulsory ga chestaru. First time on ur first visit. and second time during the 19th or 20th week.


TT injection aithe ikkada US lo delivery aina ventane chestharanta. Manaku india lo aithe 5th month of pregnancy time lo chestharanta. Kani ikada after delivery chestharata!

I am from India. My sister is pregnant and she is in her 9th month of pregnancy.

We have got a Billabong Non-alcoholic wine last week.

As our aunt advised that wine is not harmful & it is good for women, we have got this wine (Billabong-de-alcoholised wine). It seems her daughter consumed 2 sppons of wine daily throughout her pregnancy and baby is born in good health condition.

Is it advisable to have wine during pregnancy as it does not contains alcohol? Please advise as we are not sure if this is safer or not.
