My doctor has told me that low BP in pregnancy is normal and in fact healthy.... just a little bit of less, that is. So do not worry, but watch out for any signs of fainting spells, extreme dizziness and keep a close watch.
Some Tips to Keep off Dizziness...
-Drink lots a fluids and go to the bathroom atleast once in 2 hrs.
-Have saltine crackers and Ginger ale, that really helped for me!!
-Drink buttermilk with lil extra salt.
-DOn't reduce your spicy(karam) intake. Once you take lil salt and lil extra karam in your diet it totally changed...
My BP went to 85/55 once and I got so scared. We bought BP monitor to closely check my BP readings each time I had that dizziness...
