I have changed some food habits in last 3 weeks like eating oat meal as rice substitute..earlier I used to eat rotis.. but was tired of them..
I go for a 20 min walk after lunch and have some fruits as snacks.. junk food total ga manesanu (ante I didn't use to have earlier as well).. so almost no fried foods..

One of my friends initially lost few pounds and she hardly gained any weight even in 3rd trimester... one reason being she was very active and other reason being her body type. Either way her doctor told her not to worry about weight as long as the baby's measurements were right. She now has a 2 wk old baby boy, very healthy and fit. So I think if you're doctor hasn't raised any concerns, you should just chill out.

I too have a small tummy but the doctor told me that since I'm not a huge person i won't have a huge tummy. She just told me to ignore what others tell. She also said that she expects my baby to be between 6-7 pounds when I deliver. Anything more than would be a bit too much.
