Sprouts in Pregnancy.

I take pesarapappu, sanagalu (varalakshmi vratam prasadam), on a regular basis... pacchivi tinadaniki bore kodite you can make a salad..

Sprout Salad..
Type 1

mix the sprouts, add a little salt, a pinch of lime juice, konchem chillies.. chat typelo annamata..
Type 2
*****
cookerlo 1 whistle vacchedaaka sproutsni udakapetti, add some curd, salt, chillies, onions, tomatoes and eat it..

Daily pacchivi tini tini jeevitam meeda virakti vastundi kabatti ilanti alterations dietician suggest chesindi.. if not daily, eat every other day.
